Store and cook your pasta as best as possible
As soon as the delivery is made, store the dough in the refrigerator and keep it at a temperature between 0°C and +4°C.
Once opened, the package should be stored in the refrigerator and the product should be consumed within two days.
The product should be consumed after cooking according to the instructions on the package.
The product should be consumed by the date on the package or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
The product is packaged in a protected atmosphere: do not damage the packaging.

Rules for cooking pasta

WATER
Pour into a fairly large pot one liter of water for each pound of pasta .

SALT
When the water boils briskly, add about 10gr of coarse salt per liter. Wait until the salt has dissolved and the water has come back to a boil before throwing in the pasta.

TOSS THE PASTA
Dip the paste into the water and stir gently so that it does not stick. We recommend that you cook it in an uncovered pot with a high flame.

COOKING TIMES
Follow the directions on the package and taste the pasta to make sure it is cooked.

DRAIN THE PASTA
Pour the contents of the pot into a colander.

SEASON THE PASTA
Pour the pasta into a pan with the chosen sauce and sauté for about a minute.

SERVE THE PASTA
Plate and complete the recipe by adding a sprinkling of grated cheese to taste.
